Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. As you are probably aware, there is currently ongoing postal strikes which is effecting the whole courier network. We are really sorry to hear you have not yet received your order, and we are trying our best to deliver to our customers on time, but I'm afraid it is currently out with our control. From tracking your parcel, I can see it is now ready for delivery. We would advise keeping an eye on the tracking to know when to expect your parcel.

Thank you so much for the fantastic feedback Robert. We are so pleased you are happy with our product and thank you for your repeat custom.
First time using Christmas Direct. Am pleased to say that delivery was quick (despite royal mail strikes) and the lights were well packaged. So overall I'm very pleased. Thank you!
