Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with your order.
We charge a delivery fee on the Post Office Shop for stamps and collectibles as all items have been picked, packed and sent by a carrier and this charge will cover this cost. Unfortunately here at the Post Office Shop we are not linked to any local Post Offices and so are unable to advise you on why your local branch does not carry these stamps.

Hi Sarah. I understand , but that is an op out. I was advised by The Post Office to buy stamps on line because their agents are not doing their job properly. I was then penalised by having to pay more as charged by The Post Office. How far is The Post Office going to distance it's self from it's own individual businesses sp as not to have to take responsibility for actions that are obviously not correct. I am fully aware of the business structure of Post Office counters etc, but you are all trading under one brand and should take joint responsibility for each others actions if things go wrong, Not just blame someone else "It's not our problem". If some of the great state owned institutions, such as the NHS, adopted that policy there would be chaos. I suppose because you are now a private concern, your loyalties are more to your shareholders and making money is more important than customer satisfaction. Secondary comes the public/customers who have supported The Post Office for many many years. Am I wrong?

Thanks for your response.
Me the customer should not need to take a photo. The box was recycled on the day of receipt. But here goes it was a large rectangular box with my order including stamps and de-icer was just placed in the box with no packing.

Unfortunately, as our email to you does state, this item is sold out and we will sadly be unable to supply the remaining 186 units as the supplier has discontinued the item.
We have attempted to contact you on several occasions regarding this but have not received a response.

You sent an email after an email said being dispatched so say out of stock and advised on another product which I clicked and paid for and you have tried sending the ones that were out of stock again!
Might I suggest you also remove from your website if out of stock.
Shows poor management of website and I had read your emails twice now but still is poor and **** service

the average is the norm the average across many things the heights that most people reach it just means you are as good as everyone else its not a negative comment if you want praise be better than the rest
