Poor service. I've paid next day delivery and my it just arrived three days after I ordered. And poor quality for a double wall box.

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you did not receive your order when you expected it.
I can see that your order was placed at 16:39 on Friday 09/02/2018. As per our delivery information, our next day service is a next working day delivery service and so your order was delivered the next available working day which was Monday 12/02/2018. The tracking information from our courier confirms that this was delivered on this date as per our delivery instructions.
In regards to your comments about the product you ordered, we are always happy to hear about what our customers think about the products we sell. I will pass on your comments about this product to our product manager so that they can in turn be provided to our supplier to help improve this product.
