As they have advised, we are currently conducting a tracer investigation into the location of your order which is due to conclude on the 16/02/18.

Stamps still not arrived. spoke to Post Office shop 2.00pm 23rd Feb.2018.
Requested a reimbursement of £58.99 into my bank account.
Advised 5 working days for this to be done.
