Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

A véleményeket az eladáshoz vagy a tranzakcióhoz társítva ellenőrizzük, hogy valódi vásárlóktól származnak-e. A személyeket csak akkor kérjük fel vélemény írására, ha már vásároltak az adott vállalkozástól.

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

Thank you for your comment.

Regarding the sizing of your item, please note that we have changed our styles and now only offer Men or Women styles. All our Unisex garments have been discontinued and new items have been resized in order to offer styles truer to size. You can check the sizing guide for guidance on sizes or call our Customer Service team which can help you choose the right size for you.

Our delivery option to France has been updated with a new carrier. Deliveries are now quicker (within 4 days) and have a tracking number. This was implemented to improve our delivery service to France and avoid the loss of parcels through the French postal service.

If you wish to use the French postal service for your order, you do so by calling our Customer Service to place your order on phone.

Thanks. I did speak with your customer services after the size changes but, jointly, we could not decide on the correct new size for the garment. Likewise the inconsistencies between the .fr and .com site sizing charts did not help. As for 'truer to size', your old L size fitted me very well; the new XL seems almost the same. That's all we need to know. Sorry to hear of your problems with our Post Office. We live in interesting times. But, hey, I'm on you side. You sell great products and I'm awash with them.
