Nice staff and efficient crossing but boat was a bit filthy. I also believe I was bitten by fleas. (Maybe not) but a full clean might be nice.

All facilities are cleaned regularly and checked by staff throughout the day. Normally this ensures a high standard of cleanliness onboard and we apologise that this was not the case when you travelled. We hope to see you again soon.

Boat loading staff where vile
Service was delayed, staff shouting at me when parking the car on the boat after another member of staff had told me to stop. Very poor attitude from the loading staff. He clearly got out of the...

Hello and thank you for your feedback. The safety of our crew and customers is of the upmost importance to us. Sometimes with the noise from other vehicles, staff do have to raise their voice when loading. However, I am sorry for the experience you had and I do hope if you choose to travel with us again, we can provide a more enjoyable experience.
