Hello and thank you for your feedback. We understand that it may be frustrating to find that a fare is higher than expected, and would like to explain the background to it. We use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsided). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. We are sorry that you do find the cost high however I hope the above helps explain how the pricing works. Thank you again for your review.

Unfortunately, the St Clare encountered a mechanical fault, which although quickly rectified by our engineers on board, did result in approximately a 20 minute delay. Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you lost your coat. All lost property found onboard or at the port is stored at our ports and logged on our Lost Property Database. Unfortunately having checked our Lost Property Database it would appear that your coat was not found onboard the ferry on this occasion.
