Running late aa usual but benefited this time
Was early for the ferry but as they weren't running on time actually got the one before I was scheduled to. Staff were pleasant.

Poor service
Boarded on alternate ramp but no signs and forced to wait in the rain. Person doing boarding was rude and had a serious attitude problem.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your return journey was ruined by the behaviour of other passengers. At the port if a passenger is acting in a way which we believe may be a danger to them, or other passengers and crew we will refuse travel. Unfortunately when behaviour surfaces during the crossing this is usually no longer an option. There are several actions staff can take when they are made aware of the problem which will hopefully prevent a reoccurance. I am sorry once again and do hope this does not deter you from travelling with Wightlink.

Very good, but lift could be better
Helpful staff - particularly when they realised the lift was needed. It was the first time we had used the lift and the signage was not clear. It was not obvious which button related to which deck...
