Hello Colin, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that the lift was out of order when you travelled with us and the difficulty this caused your wife. Should you require use of the lift, we would always advise you to contact our Assisted Travel team on 0800 093 8236 (Mon-Fri 0900-1800 & Sat-Sun 0900-1700) in advance of travel so that arrangements for lift access can be made. This will also ensure that should we encounter any issues with the lifts onboard, our teams can advise you of this in advance of travel where possible and offer alternative solutions such as boarding via the Garage Deck.
