Hogyan gyűjtjük a Feefo véleményeket?

A visszajelzéseket a velünk együttműködő vállalkozások nevében, függetlenül gyűjtjük.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

Although the whole itinerary was organised by Wendy Wu, the additional shows/tours which we had to pay for did not go down well with the group. It felt we were obliged to pay or felt left out if we did not go. These should have been included with the rest of the trip.

We were impressed by the level of organisation and planning involved in our tour. Everything ran on time and this was largely down to the hard work and organisation of our national guide Gary.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are delighted to see that you thoroughly enjoyed a considerable amount of aspects on your tour - from your guides to your restaurants you visited! We are disappointed to hear that you didn't enjoy some parts of your tour. We find that the shopping opportunity is very popular with travellers who like to buy genuine Silk, Pearls or Jade for example but we appreciate this was not to your liking. We will duly note your comments made, and hope to see you again on one of our tours in the near future. Kind regards, Shanice
