I did the purchase over phone and a lady helped me (sorry forgot her name). She was very patient and helpful. She took time to hear me out and suggest at her best

Booking a group trip via phone
The phone operator was friendly, funny, and spoke excellent English. It was a pleasure to book my trip, and I would highly recommend Viator so far!

This was a wonderful tour. Trevor the tour guide did a fantastic job of entertaining and explaining. Steve the driver was great. We had a day to remember.
