Put in systems like checklists for example to ensure that villas are properly prepared, cleaned and equipped on arrival. This to ensure that clients do not have to take up valuable holiday time...

All of our properties undergo continuous checks throughout the season, so once again we really are sorry that you were disappointed with the condition of the property upon check-in. Spectacular views of the Ionian sea. Full privacy and quiet.
An example: we complained about the lack of water pressure in the upstairs shower. The next day, a plumber showed up to fix the problem.
