On all order confirmations and order dispatch notes, we highlight the need to ensure that all orders are checked upon delivery due to the their fragile nature. This measure is reinforced further by two very large and prominent messages stuck to the side of every composite board we ship.
The order was not checked nor was it signed for as damaged, after number phone calls we tried to work with you to a solution but you had no interest in doing this. You returned the entire order to us with prior agreement and Jessica confirmed in person that all of the order has been returned and that a refund would be actioned.
Your refund was actioned promptly and in full via the finance company V12 Retail Finance. Due to this being a finance purchase, all monies were handled via V12 Retail Finance.
While you wished to initially exchange the board for another or perhaps an order of two other models. We did not wish to go down this option and rather not continue any sale with yourself.

Neil, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. All your orders have been dispatched via Royal Mail 24 hour and tracking has been supplied. During the current pandemic there are widely reported delays in the postal network, the tracking supplied to you would show this. This aside, if you have supplied the wrong items we are sorry and a courier collection has been booked for tomorrow as per our telephone call to you so that these parts are collected. On their return a full refund will be processed.

Hi Neil, all Red Paddle Co 2020 models use a M6 fitting. All previous years from Red Paddle Co use a M8 fitting.
