Hi Emma, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We only learned of the delay to the Fanatic 12'6 Ray Air Pure this week and set aside 11'6 Ray Air Pure stock so that all 12'6 Ray Air customers had the option. With the team split across locations, not all are able to carry out the same actions. We have steadily be working through 12'6 Ray Air Pure customers so that they can make the decision to either wait for the model order or move to a different model / brand. I am pleased to hear that once changed you received your order promptly.

The person I spoke to was extremely helpful. Ordering was easy and subsequent emails kept me informed about delivery. Delivery was prompt and the goods well packaged.
