We are so sorry to hear that! As you know, all our products come with one year warranty. We wish we were notified at that moment to send you a replacement within a day.

So, if I had emailed a photo, would you have sent a new pin? Or, would I have had to pack it up and mail it back? I do have a photo.

Dear Kathleen,

We usually arrange a pickup and send across a new one in this situation. However, as you have now gotten it fixed by an outside jeweler, it voids the warranty and we would no longer be able to replace it.
