Somehow my payment for goods was rejected and i rang customer services for help and they processed the payment without any problem. Thank you.

Product was delayed and then some of product nit in stock. Substitute stock was not as advertised. 5kg bags were actually only 2.4 kgs

Deceitful customer service trying to push responsibility on other people, arrogant tone when talking to foreign customers, complete lack of respect of other peoples time.

Outstanding. I was advised on which would be best reservoir, then they phoned me to check that I understood that there may be a delay in delivering as there was none in stock. It arrived a few days...
