We haven’t gone on our trip yet but so far the representatives that I’ve spoken with enrolling have been very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, excellent at explaining and answering my questions.

As I recall, the question was about our online registration. The choice of "not applicable" was not available. We registered by phone and that was satisfactory, or excellent. However, when asked about the online process, we cannot give a rating of anything.
