Airline reservation needs correcting - twice.
My airline ticket booking was incorrect. It had me starting in the wrong city. That was corrected but now my name is incorrect on the airline ticket so that has to be corrected.

The people on the phone are great, but they can’t interface with what I’m doing online AND in theory a GREAT website should not need phone interventions. Love the actual Road Scholar trips - especially SMALL groups. I just wish it wasn’t so darn hard to deal with the virtual paperwork.
