Good morning, Thank you for speaking with me yesterday regarding the issues renewing your policy. Firstly I can confirm the policy was renewed and cover was in force as confirmed with your renewal agent. Unfortunately there was a communication issue between us and Tradex to get the vehicles appearing on the MID and receiving our renewal advices. This has been rectified and your new certificate was emailed late yesterday as confirmation.
