Thank you for your feedback. There isn't a fee for using Pitchup.com (campsites set prices themselves), but there is a deposit made at the time of booking. Campsites then set their own payment terms for the remaining balance. Pitchup.com

Thank you for your feedback. Parks and sites on Pitchup.com determine their own policies regarding when the rest of the balance is to be paid to them. Pitchup.com displays this information in the ‘Policies’ tab of the campsite/holiday park’s listing page and under the ‘Payment of balance’ section of the confirmation page before you complete your booking.
