Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear about the problem with your booking. The reason you hadn't heard from Pitchup.com is because no one at the park had informed us of this problem. We have suspended the listing to investigate what went wrong. Parks manage their own allocation on Pitchup.com and while we do have a live connection available, it's not used by this park and we rely on parks removing any allocation sold elsewhere immediately. Very occasionally there is a problem and we have spoken to the park this morning who will be in touch to discuss this issue. Pitchup.com
