Unfulfilled promises on accommodation.
Initial purchase to buy tickets for a river cruise was good, but the 241 hotel/accommodation has not lived up to the advertising. When I tried to book something for London I was told "there was...

Hi RobinThankyou for your feedback.I am sorry you weren’t able to secure a 241 hotel deal in London. Our 241 deals are always subject to availability and dependent on our current deals. However as a member you are always entitled to member rates on 100’s of hotels where 241 is not available. If you would like to provide your phone number I would be happy to give you call at a time that suits?

Easy to use service
Easy to use service; good prices for rooms on offer - would be great if there were package add ons as well such as on board credit options etc

Pleasing experience overall
I had trouble getting a return call for an initial enquiry but it turned out the agent was ill and then it was passed over to another agent who was very thorough and was able to follow up my enquiry...

Not 241 can get it for the same price at the travel agent

Thank you for your feedback. The 241 price is not available to be booked via a retail travel agent. Our prices are based on 2 people travelling, whereas the agent rate is typically just 1 passenger. Sometimes a cruise line may release a public 241 rate but this is very sporadic and not available on a wide range of cruise lines.
We'd be happy to discuss with you any pricing concerns at a time convenient to yourself.
Regards,
