Mit mondott Trusted Customer My241 Rewards kereskedőről:
Good value, now just waiting for the trip.
The process was quite straight forward and well structured. Cost was relatively good. Follow up processes were good.

Great service from Jocelyn and a great price from 241.
I have dealt with Jocelyn for some time. She has always provided great service and information. This time was no different. I was able to pay for a 241 certificate that had expired and get a great...

Clearly defined ways to effectively benefit membership. Current consultant very efficient.
We have used My241 previously & have been happy on all occasions. This time we dealt with Jennilee who was very efficient in her duties. We already have her looking for another cruise for us in...

Mit mondott Trusted Customer My241 Rewards kereskedőről:
To buy not worth it, using trade certificates loved it.
When you compare the same room on the cruise's website, it is not really 241 deal. Service by client service staff is great with plenty of ideas and help, they are very knowledgeable.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It’s great to hear that our staff are knowledgeable and are providing a great service to our clients. With regards to the 241 pricing, often when looking at pricing on the cruise lines own website this is a revised sale price. Our 241 pricing is based on the full fare(not discounted) cruise pricing. It is not calculated from the promotional discounts the cruise lines sometimes have on offer on their websites. We are always striving give our customers a genuinely fantastic 241 deal and all of our 241 cruises will beat the market rate by a substantial amount. We understand you have booked a cruise with us and we look forward to ensuring your experience and service it excellent throughout.
Regards,

Mit mondott Trusted Customer My241 Rewards kereskedőről:
Good service, great cruise, not sure if it really is 1/2 price.
Dealing with the staff was easy and they were very helpful. I expect to enjoy the cruise, which sounds great. In the end I'm not sure that the price was 1/2 of the usual fee. I have seen some prices...

My Opinion
The service given is reasonable however the prices used in sales are grossly inflated, better deals are available with many other agents , even their own cruise megastore.

Thank you for your feedback. Cruise line prices are always fluctuating due to demand, in turn this means our 241 program needs to be dynamic, with new cruises being added daily. The program offers genuine savings off the total retail price for two and are applicable on selected cruise itineraries. The pricing model is transparent. The first passenger pays the full brochure rate plus port charges and government taxes. The 2nd passenger pays just the port charges and government taxes We understand you have now booked a cruise & we look forward to ensuring you have a fantastic experience.

I was very impressed with the consultant and all the help we were given in planning our trip. I would buy from them again.
