We are extremely disappointed that you have found the returns process to be difficult and were unhappy with the customer service received on this occasion. These are two complaints we do not normally receive. From what we gathered your call was directed to the stores and Hire customer service team, which were unable to give you an answer as they have no access to the online orders systems. When the online department is not able to answer a call, we aim contact the customers the same day. Customer have 28 days to return unwanted items, with the options to use the free collect Plus service or instore returns (card payments only).
