Thank you very much for taking the time to share such an enthusiastic and detailed account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the experience incredibly amazing, and that your Travel Concierge's care for every member of the group and every detail of the journey made such a strong impression. We are also pleased that the beautiful places, the rich history and culture, and the delicious cuisine made each day so memorable, and that the hotels were so well located in settings that evoke the very best of Italy. It is especially touching to hear that the group of eighteen became such good company that parting at the end felt like leaving friends behind. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the coach, the hotels and the meals very good, and that your Travel Concierge made such a positive contribution to your journey. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the itinerary very interesting, and that your Travel Concierge was so attentive and responsive to the needs of the group. We are sorry that the transfer from the airport to your hotel was not as efficient as it should have been, and that the written meeting instructions you were given differed from those provided to the Coach Driver, leaving you waiting until you were able to contact the company. This is not the standard we aim to provide. We also note your wish for more tours led by Local Guides. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the coordination of transfers and the extent of local guiding may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your feedback, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found most aspects of the trip excellent, and that your Travel Concierge, the accommodation, the fellow travellers you met, and the visit to Niagara Falls all made such a positive impression. We are also pleased that you enjoyed the trip so much that you wished it had been longer. We appreciate your remark that a more thorough guided tour, comparable to the one provided in Quebec City, would have been welcome elsewhere, and we shall share this suggestion with our Operations Department so that the guiding provided at each destination may be considered carefully. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that you experienced health difficulties shortly before your departure, and we appreciate how stressful this must have been at such a time. We also note your comments regarding the requirement to purchase travel insurance within fourteen days of booking, and your view that a longer window would have been more helpful. We understand your disappointment on this point. We regret that the number of days spent at the château did not suit you, that you felt unable to leave the property to dine elsewhere, and that you found the food unsatisfactory. We shall share your observations with our Operations Department so that the length of stay at this property, the dining arrangements and the guidance given on travel insurance may be reviewed carefully. We can confirm that we have received your email, and we hope that the resolution was to your satisfaction. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfactory experience in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the itinerary so enjoyable, and that you considered the assistance you received very helpful. We appreciate your suggestion that private car transfers be arranged directly on guests' behalf, rather than through a separate service, and your idea of a tasting at a high-end winery in Saint-Émilion or Bordeaux. Both are constructive observations, and we shall share them with our Operations Department so that they may be considered carefully. Thank you again for your feedback, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that some of the activities arranged felt as though they were included simply to fill time, rather than adding meaningful value to your journey. We appreciate how important it is for each element of an itinerary to feel purposeful and worthwhile. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the content and balance of the activities included in the tour may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfying experience in the future.

It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the tour spectacular from start to finish, and that the care shown by your Travel Director and Coach Driver left you feeling like a truly valued guest. We are also pleased that the time allowed in each city was well judged, that the Local Experts made each visit so informative and enjoyable, and that the commentary provided on the coach offered such a rich introduction to the region, its history and its culture. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.
