Luxury Gold vélemények

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted to hear that you found Peru so rewarding, and that the food, the hotels and your Travel Concierge were all outstanding. It is particularly gratifying to learn that, after ten trips with companies within our group, this proved to be your favourite. We are also pleased that your Travel Concierge and Local Guide explained the ancient Andean culture so well, and that the sites you visited left such a lasting impression. We shall be happy to pass on your kind words to them both. We are grateful for your continued loyalty and hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your stay. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the service excellent, and that our on-the-road team responded so thoughtfully when you were unwell, providing soup on request for two days and arranging for your insulin to be sent on with your luggage. We are also pleased that you found the accommodation clean, the food great and the talks interesting. We shall be sure to pass on your kind words to the colleagues concerned. We are sorry that the glacier excursion proved such an uncomfortable experience, with the cold, rain, snow and wind, and that your socks were soaked within minutes of arriving. Your suggestions are practical ones: that guests be advised in advance to bring waterproof footwear, that the effect of the weather be explained more clearly, and that alternative options be offered on the day. We shall share them with our Operations Department so that the guidance and choices provided for this excursion may be considered carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

We are sorry that the closing dinner did not meet the standard you had hoped for, particularly as it marked the end of your journey. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the quality of the included meals may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your feedback, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.
