Thank you for taking the time to share such a heartfelt account of your journey through Portugal. It is very encouraging to learn that your Travel Director and Coach Driver worked together so effectively, and that the careful timing of the itinerary allowed you to enjoy the principal sights before the crowds, with sufficient time at each stop. We appreciate your recognition of the historical insight and dedication shown to your group, and of the skill required to guide a full-sized coach through such narrow roads. It was particularly moving to read that the tour brought together a group of women who had each chosen to travel and who formed such meaningful friendships along the way. We are also sorry that Nazaré was not included in your itinerary. Your suggestion is a thoughtful one, and we will share it with the Operations Department so that it may be considered in future planning. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on board another Insight Vacations tour in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your tour of Italy. It is very encouraging to learn that you found the service very good, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were so highly regarded. We are pleased that you enjoyed every destination you visited. We are sorry to learn that your time in Florence felt so constrained. It is understandable that, after the demonstrations and the other scheduled activities, you would have wished for more opportunity to explore independently, and it is disappointing that the church at Santa Croce had closed before you could visit. Your comments are a helpful reminder of how important it is to balance guided activities with unstructured time, and we will share your feedback with the Operations Department so that it may inform future planning. We appreciate your candour and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on board another Insight Vacations tour in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a considered account of your tour of Italy. It is very encouraging to learn that you found the experience outstanding, that the pace suited you, with mostly two-night stays and minimal time spent on the coach, and that your Travel Director made such a positive impression. We appreciate your warm recommendation. We are sorry that the Colosseum was a drive-by only and that this was not made clearer beforehand, and that so much of the guided time in Florence was given over to the jewellery and leather demonstrations, leaving little opportunity to explore the city's main areas. Your comments are a helpful reminder of the importance of setting accurate expectations and of balancing guided activities with time for independent discovery. We will share your feedback with the Operations Department so that it may inform future planning. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on board another Insight Vacations tour in the future.
