Thank you for such a thoughtful and informative review. We are grateful for your generous remarks regarding our Travel Directors and Coach Drivers. It is particularly encouraging to learn that, across your travels with us, you have consistently found them professional, outgoing and well-versed in the areas visited, and that their insights and personal recommendations have added to your experience. We also appreciate the practical guidance you have offered to prospective travellers. Your note regarding the amount of hiking involved, the long days with early starts, and the considerable distances covered by coach is a helpful and honest account of what to expect, and it will assist others in judging whether the itinerary suits them. We are pleased that you found it such a fantastic opportunity to see some of the West's most celebrated national parks, and it would be a privilege to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for such an enthusiastic and thoughtful review. We are delighted that the itinerary offered such a rewarding mix of natural scenery and places of interest, and that the choice of lodging suited you well. It is particularly encouraging to learn that the background commentary and videos shared between destinations enriched your understanding of each stop before you arrived. We are also grateful for your kind remarks regarding your Travel Director, whose preparation and personable manner contributed so much to the success of your journey. Your recommendation is sincerely appreciated, and it would be a privilege to welcome you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for your candid and detailed review. We are pleased that your coach driver and Travel Director made such a favourable impression, and that the latter's knowledge of Italy, good humour and patience with the group were evident throughout. We appreciate your recognition of their efforts to make the journey enjoyable. We are sorry that the pace of the itinerary felt rushed, with early starts each morning and a succession of medieval villages and churches, and that a group format is not the one you would ordinarily choose. We also regret that so many lunch stops were at motorway service stations, which understandably left you feeling that you had not experienced authentic Italian cuisine. Your comments regarding the discomfort of shared coach seating, and the concern you felt about illness among fellow passengers, are well noted. We understand how difficult it is to be unable to move when seating is assigned, and your feedback will be shared with the Operations Department. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you regarded the tour as a dream trip, offering such a wide cross-section of Italy, from Lake Maggiore and Venice to Tuscany, Rome, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. It is also encouraging to know that your Travel Director's knowledge, organisation and humour, and your Coach Driver's skill in navigating busy roads, made such a positive impression, and that you found the food very good, particularly the meals at the villa in Florence, the farm in Sorrento and the celebration dinner in Rome. We note your comments that the hotels in Florence and Sorrento could be improved, and your suggestions for an additional night in Assisi and for a visit to an olive grove with a demonstration of olive oil production. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that they can be considered when reviewing our programmes. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you so enjoyed seeing Portugal, and that you found the Optional Excursions well worth taking. It is also encouraging to know that the service was of a high standard, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were so helpful, particularly when a medical issue arose. We note your comment that you would have welcomed at least two nights in each hotel, and we appreciate your understanding of the practical constraints involved. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the structure of the itinerary can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the service professional, helpful and friendly from start to finish, and that your Travel Director, Coach Driver and Local Guides each made such a strong impression. It is also encouraging to know that the itinerary provided a comprehensive overview of Croatia, from its history and towns to the traditions of its people and the scenery of both the coastal and inland regions. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the itinerary great, and that your Travel Director made such a conscientious effort to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. It is also encouraging to know that the hotels made a strong impression. We also appreciate your comment that the programme avoided stops at remote merchandise outlets, as we aim to keep the focus firmly on the destinations themselves. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful and detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found your Travel Director, Coach Driver and Local Guides so capable, kind and helpful, and that the wide range of sights and experiences made a strong impression. We also appreciate your candour regarding the size of the group and the restrictions this placed on hotel accommodation and access. We are sorry that, as a solo traveller who had paid the single supplement, you felt expected to make compromises on outings and dinners so that couples could be seated together, particularly when you would have preferred to sit with the friends you had made. Your comment that the long days left you feeling rushed on arrival is likewise noted. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that group size, seating arrangements and pacing can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the itinerary amazing and invigorating, and that your Travel Director's use of slide shows and talks on history and geology, together with the adjustments made for guests with differing levels of mobility, added so much to the experience. We also note your comment that a little more time at some of the sights would have been welcome. We are sorry to learn that you were unable to stay in the Grand Canyon lodging because of the flooding and water disruption, and that the refund you were promised has not yet been received. Having to chase this by letter and telephone without a response is unacceptable, and we sincerely regret the difficulty you have experienced in reaching us. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that your refund can be investigated and our communication with guests reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.
