No Refund for a non existant room
I booked a holiday to Egypt with Holiday Gens and requested a Deluxe Room.and paid for it. Soon after booking I was contacted and told a deluxe room does not exist and they would issue a refund. I...

Excellent service
Spoke to a couple of representitive and both were very helpful with my queries prior to booking. Only took 20mins to be contacted after booking with confirmation that this was booked and all sorted.
