Customer Service is shocking!!!
Booking process is great and once the sale is made then the customer service is non existent! We are still waiting for our transfer or a call back to let us know what time the transfer is. Needless...

Unfortunately, the correspondence and call received were on the day of departure and we were unable to assist mainly due to time differences. We apologise for the inconvenience. The telephone numbers for the local supplier were shown on the travel documents and these should have been used for any issues. Additionally, reconfirmation can be done online where the collection time is shown. The issue has been highlighted to our customer liaison team who will acknowledge the correspondence and advise you of the process now to be followed.
