Hello Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you encountered during your visit. We understand your concern regarding the cleanliness of the site and the temperature. We will certainly address these matters with the relevant team to ensure improvements are made. Regarding the hotel drop-off, it was indicated in the voucher that you would be dropped off at Bus Stop #9 for Alda Hotel which was operated successfully last December 8 after checking the GPS tracker. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide a much better experience. Sincerely, Gray Line Team
