Many Thanks for your feedback. We're so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the Occidental Cala Vinas. This is not the standard we expect from hotels that we work with, and based on guest feedback we have decided not to feature this hotel in 2020. Please don't hesitate to contact our product manager Rebecca Evans should you wish to travel with us again, who will ensure that we find the perfect hotel for your next holiday.

Thanks for taking the time to review your FlyDirect holiday, we’re happy that you found our flight service to a high standard and enjoyed the food at the resort. However, we’re sorry to hear that the delay meant you arrived after the shops and restaurants had closed, we are always striving to secure the best flight slots we can. We welcome you back to FlyDirect in the future.

Mit mondott Trusted Customer FlyDirect kereskedőről:

Everything went well. The only reason I gave 4 stars was regarding the outward flight time as arrived in the evening so immediately you have lost your first day & evening

Many thanks for your feedback. It’s great to hear that everything went well. We realise the later outbound flight isn’t everyone’s preference, but hopefully the later return flight meant you had a more relaxed last day in Majorca. We’d love to see you travel with us again in the near future.
