Hogyan gyűjtjük a Feefo véleményeket?

A visszajelzéseket a velünk együttműködő vállalkozások nevében, függetlenül gyűjtjük.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

Very good service we were told you couldn’t reserve seats but clearly 4 ladies had each way. If only this was possible when you book & pay for the extra legroom seats.

Many Thanks for your feedback, we're pleased to hear that you had a pleasant holiday. Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to reserve seats on our Costa del Sol service (although we can on our Tenerife flights). We will look into the situation you refer to, as we weren't aware of this.
