Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

Great friendly service

Good to fly direct but the hotel was very tired

It was great to fly direct from Jersey however the hotel was not so great it was very tired and the downstairs shower had no power and the upstairs shower flooded everywhere as the drain couldn’t...

Great holiday

Everything was as it should be, though because we were the only guests at our hotel, we were given a taxi voucher. Great?! No, one and a half hour wait!!

Very disappointed with out going flight

E-mail received informing us there would be beer & wine to purchase, however there was only soft drinks available! I am a nervous flyer & a drink would have been welcome

Many Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately due to a change in where our aircraft came in from on the 20th December a buy on board and alcohol service was not possible at short notice, however we hope that the complimentary soft drinks and snacks offered instead went some way to making up for this. We hope you had a wonderful holiday in Tenerife.
