A visszajelzéseket a velünk együttműködő vállalkozások nevében, függetlenül gyűjtjük. Platformunk csak ellenőrzött vásárlókhoz jut el, így biztos lehetsz benne, hogy valódi vásárlók véleményét olvasod.

Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

A véleményeket az eladáshoz vagy a tranzakcióhoz társítva ellenőrizzük, hogy valódi vásárlóktól származnak-e. A személyeket csak akkor kérjük fel vélemény írására, ha már vásároltak az adott vállalkozástól.

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

Lovely quiet flight

The flight was well organised (apart from the timings) and Smartwings were very efficient . I was fortunate in that there were only 11 passengers onboard each way!

We apologise for the disappointment in service on your flight, and that the air hostess gave you incorrect information. Due to a short notice operational change on the 20th December our aircraft arrived in Jersey from a different airport than planned, which meant we were not able to have the usual catering offering loaded. We appreciate that this was inconvenient, however as I'm sure you can understand our priority was to have the aircraft available to operate the service on time.

Many Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately due to a late operational change our aircraft on the 20th December arrived in Jersey from a different airport than originally planned, which meant the usual catering service was unfortunately not possible. We appreciate the disappointment this may have caused, however I'm sure you can appreciate that being able to operate the flight at the scheduled time was the priority.

Xmas holiday

Airline and flights excellent. Only downside was the reduced baggage allowance of 18kg which wasn’t ideal for a Xmas 2week break. Also no food and drinks available onboard other than water
