She made it sound like was approved for the amount I applied for when it came to signing the loan that's when she told me how much i was approved for. Wasn't even near the amount I applied for....

Customer service good but policies of borrowing are wa-out-there.

It wasn’t the customer service. The representative knew what she was doing and was a good talker, but 35% interest rate is robbery, especially for the ones that are trying to get back on their feet.!...
