Hello, thanks for your honest feedback about our service. We are working on our internal systems to ensure customers are kept up to date on the status of their order - some of our products can be back-ordered and we, therefore, need to purchase the items on behalf of the customer before we can ship the delivery. We have also just updated our stock system on our website to ensure customers moving forward, can't purchase items that are not in stock and are unavailable. From all the team here at Cooksmill, we're sorry we've not delivered the service you expected from us. We're working hard behind the scenes to ensure shopping with us online is as simple and hassle-free as possible! 

Hi Carys, thanks for your feedback! We're sorry our website did not clearly state that our Inker cups and saucers are sold separately. We have recently updated the product descriptions to include a link to the matching saucer to make this more clear for customers who shop with us online. You can see those changes here.
