We have discovered there was on error on that product on our stock system and this shouldn't have shown as in stock at the time you ordered. Thank you for your review Laura. We are sorry that two of your jars arrived broken. We do try and pack our deliveries as carefully as possible but occasionally breakages do happen. (Customer have complained about too much packaging and the effect on the environment.) We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you Emily for your review. We understand you concern at Cooksmill. In fact we promote many eco friendly products. When we are dispatching glass products we try and pack them as carefully as possible to avoid breakages. Breakages not only upset customers but arguably cause more harm to the planet with a second delivery and a second product needed. We will look at ways of reducing our plastic in favour of paper.
