Lovely stay, well located

From check in to leaving, staff were very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was very basic. Hotel sits in a quiet street but yet not far from the heart of everything Florence has to offer.

Tour guild was very good, hotel wasn't

Tour guide was excellent. Hotel wasn't. Food in hotel terrible and shuttle bus was either too full and not frequent enough.
