The additional coin dispatches and charges you have described are linked to an ongoing collector service, the details of which are outlined during the ordering process and within the accompanying documentation sent with the initial item. However, we appreciate that this may not have been clear to you, and we are sorry for any confusion caused.
I can see you have spoken with my colleague this morning and had an email reply. I can see you will be returning the unwanted deliveries via the free returns service once they have all arrived.
If you don't wish to subscribe to monthly collections just simply let us know after you have received your first delivery, and we will be happy to carry out your instructions.
