Appalling. I made a one off purchase and they kept my card details and then rinsed my account without my authority or knowledge.

I can see you have spoken with my colleague this morning and had an email reply. I can see you will be returning the unwanted deliveries via the free returns service once they have all arrived.
If you don't wish to subscribe to monthly collections just simply let us know after you have received your first delivery, and we will be happy to carry out your instructions.
