Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback, though I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our customer service.

We do send a confirmation email and certificate of insurance to every customer immediately after they purchase, but for reasons outside of our control they can occasionally get caught in spam filters. We do our best to remind customers of this by mentioning it on the order completion page, and are also more than happy to re-send the confirmation email to customers if they call or email us to say that they haven't received it.
