covers what i need but could of been better at letting me know when i paid i was covered

I PAID FOR MY INSURANCE 3 WEEKS AGO AND HAVE NOT GOT A COPY OF MY INSURANCE, I ONLY GOT IT CONFIRMED THAT I WAS COVERED AFTER I EMAILED THE FIRM, STILL WAITING ON A COPY OF MY POLCIY
