Many thanks for taking the time to share your views. We wholeheartedly agree that the process of getting a visa can sometimes be a minefield! Ordinarily we work with, and recommend, a highly reputable consular services outfit who submit/pick up applications and passports on our client’s behalf. Unfortunately on this occasion, because of the last minute nature of your booking, the process had already started before you received your documentation. I believe that Ayesha gave you as much support and advice as she could, but I think you experienced the very reason why we normally advise using an external service! Apologies for this, but I am sure your trip will be a smooth journey from here on in.

I am sorry to hear that our service with regard to your forthcoming trip to Vietnam was not quite up to the standard you have become accustomed to as a regular Ultimate traveller.
