The Ultimate Travel Company Recenzije

Dear Traveller, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you had a fantastic trip, but sorry that you felt some elements were overpriced. As The Ultimate Travel Company’s involvement was limited to the administrative arrangements, we will pass your comments on to the tour operator, Alexandra Tolstoy Travel, who will contact you directly to discuss your experience in more detail. We hope this will provide an opportunity to better understand which aspects of the trip you felt did not offer good value and identify where improvements could be made. Kindest regards, The Ultimate Travel Company

Dear Serena, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and that the hotel, transfers and service from our driver all contributed to the experience. We are, however, sorry to hear that aspects of the concert organisation detracted from your enjoyment. The seating, the disruption from the nearby bar and the challenges with parking are clearly disappointing, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We will be sure to share your comments with the event organisers, as feedback like yours is invaluable in helping improve future experiences. Thank you for travelling with us. We hope to welcome you on another bespoke journey soon. With best wishes, The Ultimate Travel Company
