Tenon Tours Recenzije

First, thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback and for traveling with us a third time. We’re very sorry to hear that this trip didn’t feel as seamless as your previous experiences, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us. After speaking with your Personal Travel Specialist and Travel Coordinator and reviewing your correspondence, we understand that quiet rooms were requested multiple times on your behalf, though some of the hotels still did not meet those expectations. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us continue refining communication with our partners and enhancing the overall travel experience. We understand you were in touch with your Travel Coordinator during your travels, and we hope any concerns that arose were addressed along the way. Please know your feedback has been noted and appreciated. We’re also sorry to hear that you felt as though you were asking too many questions. Our By-Your-Side Service® is designed to ensure travelers always feel supported with whatever they need along the way, and we regret if that didn’t come across as clearly during your trip. Ultimately, we hope you were still able to enjoy your time in Switzerland and take away some wonderful memories from your travels. Thank you again for trusting Tenon for three of your trips — we appreciate your loyalty and the time you’ve taken to share your experience with us.
