We are very sorry to hear that parts of your experience did not meet your expectations, though we are glad there were moments you both enjoyed along the way. We appreciate your comments regarding communication, accommodations, and accessibility, and understand that you and your Personal Travel Specialist have had the opportunity to review these concerns together offline.
