I appreciate your reply but that does not give me any confidence as that is the wonderful email address I have been stuffed around with for 9 months. Feel free to follow Krischelle up as per below.
Dear Krischelle,
No further documentation will be provided. We note an email was sent to your office on 19 January 2021, fully detailing what has transpired to date. At no stage has a resolution or even a proper response received with respect to this.
Your office has, on multiple occasions and in writing, confirmed delivery never took place for the item AND payment was received for the item by Luxo Living. We have provided ample oppourtunity to delivery the item, and/or provide a delivery date; which you have failed to do. For the avoidance of doubt, Mr. Patterson is not disputing delivery of all items did not take place, he is disputing that the Gratiana King Upholstered Velvet Headboard was never delivered despite Luxo Living take the benefit of payment for said item.
As such, if the item is not delivered or a reasonable delivery date provided by 1:00pm Tuesday 9 February 2021, this matter will be referred to the ACCC without notice.
I suggest you give this matter your urgent attention.
