Your response should be a warning to all, as it proves perfectly the lack of customer service that I have experienced from your company which, as can be seen above, if you took the time to read my feedback is at the core of the issues I have had with my purchase from you.
As others can see your response (and dozens of similar responses to others clients) is an insincere blanket scripted response which, as I have mentioned above is all I have received from the numerous emails to the address you provided as well as phone calls and on-line chats.
If you genuinely had any concern for customer service you wouldn't write such drivel and you would ensure that you have the ability to follow up customer issues properly and without delay.
As I said above I cannot stress enough this company should be avoided at all costs.

Someone contacted me through Facebook messenger Feb 24th and said “ I am so sorry about that. We will be requesting for the case manager to have you updated ASAP. Thank you.”
Surprisingly I haven’t heard a thing again.
I requested to return the bed. Instead I got my partial refund that I was waiting three weeks for (which only came through after my bad review” and after I emailed requesting a refund! Now no one will actually get back to me about returning this bed.

I have sent you multiple emails, asking for a resolution, and you have ignored all of them. You have my details please contact me with your proposed solution.
Dont offer complimentary products if you are going to put them on the invoice and charge the customer. it no longer becomes complimentary to appease the customer when they are paying for it !
