Thank you for your review and we apologise for any inconvenience. We are somewhat surprised that you could not check-in as an address is not required. You will appreciate that we book as agents and do not divulge our client's addresses. We have followed the correct process and can find no issue with the check-in. We do hope, that despite the issue, you were able to have a great holiday.
